“Engineering for Aerospace quality”, a workshop which highlighted “how new inspection technology can bring quality to the next level,'' was organized on 31st July 2019 at GISTDA in a second collaborative effort with Airbus, following the success of the first workshop in mid-2017. Participants of the workshop included Senior Aerospace Thailand and other aerospace companies, where the contents of the workshop included presentations on:
- 1. Aerospace certified laboratory GALAXI/GISTDA by Dr. Natthaway Hongkarnjanakul, Head of space innovation collaboration and connectivity division, GISTDA
- 2. GISTDA aerospace R&D projects by Dr. Laurent Mezeix, Lecturer/GISTDA
- 3. Collaboration mechanisms for innovation for aerospace by Dr. Cyrille Schwob, Head of technology APAC, Airbus
It has been of utmost pleasure for SAT to have had a part in workshop's discussion. We stand supportive of such united effort towards a more innovative future of our aerospace industry.
