Key Account Management



  • This position will reporting directly to the Key Account Manager. Be the key interface between customer and all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and receive response in timely manner
  • Obtaining and maintaining long term key customer by comprehending their requirement.
  • Build strong relationship with strategic customer to achieve long term success.
  • Responsible for generate performance metrics should be produced each week to show operational performance for the Accounts under your control.
  • Conduct Sales forecast and Actual Sales Performance as monthly basis to compare with Sales Budget.
  • Upload vendor schedule forecast (CO) into ERP system to generate customer requirement.
  • Interact with Planner, Production Managers and Operation Managers to ensure our plans are adapted and adjusted where required to reach our overall targets.
  • Interact with customers regarding their production schedules and agree schedule order with both customers and production.
  • Review customer satisfaction, performance scorecards and come up with ways of improving our on time deliver performance if it is not perfect.
  • You will be expected to work with ERP programming team to continuous develop the system to become a class leading reporting/ planning system.
  • Interact with the NPI Project Manager to set up new production plans during the NPI process to ensure that there is a smooth transition between New Process Introduction and Volume Production. Where needed you will need to set up meetings to ensure communication is robust and that the customer is always protect.
  • Interact with the NPI Project Manager in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines.
  • Interacting at all levels of the management chain within the company and with senior members of our customers companies.
  • Proven ability to understand production systems, interact across multi-functional departments and drive our operational team to deliver on time.
  • Be positive attitude, confidence when communicating in English and Thai.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Review and analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize production plan.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
  • Excellent English language skills are required in both written and verbal elements.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Understand generate production systems.
  • Knowledge ERP system
  • Extremely positive attitude, a can do approach to working life, strong communication, negotiation.
  • High self-motivation.
  • Able to work under pressure and install safe working practices at all time.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong planning and financial awareness skills are essential.

Sales & Operation Planning Manager



  • Integrate the entire business planning processes, align and synchronize among all departments to put the business continually achieves business target
  • Work with Business Development team to define proper actions for demand & forecast management
  • Work with Production planner and Operation team to define appropriate supply plan
  • Provide support information for additional capacity decision
  • Work with Raw Material Planning and Logistics & Warehouse to review, analyse and provide action plan to manage inventory level
  • Develop S&OP process and tools to help the business drives the S&OP process
  • Facilitate S&OP meeting including collaborate to follow up action plan with relevant parties
  • Provide necessary analysis to support strategic decision
  • Leverages S&OP best practices to continually enhance S&OP process
  • Monitor critical KPIs which impact to S&OP ex. Forecast accuracy, Delivery performance, Schedule adherence

  • Support Supply Chain Director to create strategic plans which are drawn up with suppliers/ partners to support the manufacturing flow management process and the development of new product

  • Develop and maintain S&OP process with internal team
  • Ability to work independently and influence/coordinate a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, activities, and priorities, as well as take initiative to drive revenue accordingly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence multiple stakeholders simultaneously, working across boundaries (functional, geographic, internal/external)
  • Experience facilitating meetings and leading collaborative discussions
  • Experience communicating with all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent in Thai and English proficiency
  • Experienced ERP / APS (Syteline)
