Sales & Operation Planning Manager

Responsibility

  • Integrate the entire business planning processes, align and synchronize among all departments to put the business continually achieves business target
  • Work with Business Development team to define proper actions for demand & forecast management
  • Work with Production planner and Operation team to define appropriate supply plan
  • Provide support information for additional capacity decision
  • Work with Raw Material Planning and Logistics & Warehouse to review, analyse and provide action plan to manage inventory level
  • Develop S&OP process and tools to help the business drives the S&OP process
  • Facilitate S&OP meeting including collaborate to follow up action plan with relevant parties
  • Provide necessary analysis to support strategic decision
  • Leverages S&OP best practices to continually enhance S&OP process
  • Monitor critical KPIs which impact to S&OP ex. Forecast accuracy, Delivery performance, Schedule adherence 

Team & Personnel Skills:

  • Deploy Supply Chain strategy aligned with the company strategic goal
  • Support Supply Chain Director to create strategic plans which are drawn up with suppliers/ partners to support the manufacturing flow management process and the development of new product
  • Entrepreneurial drive together with well-balance between both short-term and long-term benefits
  • Focus on improvements with operations excellence attitude
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify vulnerabilities and root causes, drive continuous improvement, promote best practices sharing implementation
  • Apply knowledge of business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions together with the partner(s) to drive their delivery
  • Ability to provide effective win-win solutions that would pursue collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain S&OP process with internal team
  • Ability to work independently and influence/coordinate a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, activities, and priorities, as well as take initiative to drive revenue accordingly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence multiple stakeholders simultaneously, working across boundaries (functional, geographic, internal/external)
  • Experience facilitating meetings and leading collaborative discussions
  • Experience communicating with all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent in Thai and English proficiency
  • Experienced ERP / APS (Syteline)
