Senior Aerospace Thailand's HR manager, Khun Pimpanit Khunsong, did an on-site CSR at Burapha University this week. The purpose of this was to introduce the students to "HR New Generation," including how to be a strategic and modern HR, what the roles of HRBP are, the skills and competencies needed for HR New Generation, and the mindset and methods for getting ready for the job market. It is a component of information dissemination to the community and market preparation for up-and-coming talent!!
