The Burapha University Faculty of Engineering asked our HR manager, Ms. Pimpanit Khunsong, to speak to students about our Western company's organisational culture. It was an excellent chance for students to get knowledge, including tricks and tips, in order to get ready for the actual world of working in various working cultures.
