SAT signs MOU with Thai-Austrian technical college

On June 18, 2020, Senior Airspace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Simon Geoffrey Shale, signed a memorandum of cooperation (MOU) with Mr. Narong Paewpolsong, Secretary General of Office of Vocational Education Commission, Thanakrit Atswalongkorn Ph.D., CEO of Thai Aerospace Industries, and Miss Suphatra Chanaasit Manager of Nong Prue Airport. Dr. Apichart Thongyoo, Chairperson of the Human Development Coordination Committee in the EEC (EEC-HDC), served as a witness to the signing of the memorandum and discussed on the development of vocational manpower to the industrial labor market in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) at the Vienna conference room, Thai Austrian Technical College.
The MOU signifies our conjoint effort to fulfill the future labour demands of the aerospace industry in the EEC for aircraft mechanics and aerospace parts manufacturing. With our strong commitment to the cause, our collaboration with the Ministry of Vocational Education and the Thai Austrian Technical College has resulted in a fully developed course titled “Manufacturing Techniques for Aerospace Parts”. With the purpose of providing education for the future, Mazak, Mitutoyo, SECO, and other companies have sponsored the cause with machines and equipment. To commemorate the event, the companies that joined the purpose each received a certificate to mark the celebration of effort towards a common goal.
