As a part of Senior Aerospace Thailand's objective to introduce cutting edge technology to the company to improve productivity and maximize efficiency, we have invited Dr. Thomas Delio, Ph.D., an expert in the field of machining vibration analysis, with over 25 years of experience, as a representative from Manufacturing Laboratories, Inc., world renown High Performance Machining Specialists, to introduce and train our engineers on harmonic analyzer, MetalMax, a technology to assess the best cutting condition for aluminum machining.

 

The training took course over a span of five days, embarking on several lectures on theoretical principles and basis for the technology, dynamic behavior of machining systems and exploitation of that behavior. What followed were the added benefits of understanding dynamic behavior, while the training concluded with several hands on experiments on the machines in the production line to present the capabilities of the technology to diagnose, optimize and monitor machining vibrations.
