Employee safety is always our first focus at Senior Aerospace Thailand, along with our culture of continuous improvement. So, we have progressed and now have a bi-weekly safety talk on Thursday to communicate and remind our safety rules and knowledge to each department in order to have a sustainable awareness of safety.
We believe that doing things more frequently is preferable to doing them seldom.
